Upon further inspection we discovered that we had a major problem with the car. The hydraulic
weight jacker had lost its pressure and collapsed causing the cross weight that was on the left side
front to transfer over to the right side, causing serious handling problems.
While we understand that the IRL feels they acted in the best interest of the race, we definitely
feel we were pulled too soon. When we came in for that last pit stop we had started to identify the
problem and would have liked the opportunity to fix it.
